Courtney has always been interested in the healing arts and pursued her career in Massage Therapy directly after her graduation from Nauset Regional High School. She studied massage at Heartwood Institute in Northern California from 2003- 2004. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Massachusetts.
After working locally for various spas and massage offices, Courtney is excited to have her own establishment with her own very special healing touch.
Treatments

Swedish Massage: Designed for total relaxation. Long flowing strokes with light to moderate pressure.
Deep Tissue: For stubborn chronic conditions. Firm and direct pressure is used throughout and deeper work where indicated.
Hot Stone Massage: Deeply relaxing. A combination of therapists hands, heated stones and a warm herbal oil soothe body and soul.
Detox Massage: Feel purified. This stimulating massage uses essential oils that stimulate lymphatic drainage and total body cleansing.
Make it Your Massage: Have work done only where you need it. I’ll customize your massage with a combination of Swedish and Deep Tissue massage just where you want it.
Chair Massage: This massage is done fully clothed. The focus is primarily on your neck, shoulders,back and arms.
Reflexology Treatments: Activate the healing powers of your body through reflex areas concentrated on the feet and hands. Focus can be on just the feet or a combination of hands and feet.
Salt Glow Body Polish: A full body friction rub using sea salts and essential oils. Rub is removed with a warm water floral sponge bath.
Salt Glow Body Wrap: Full body friction rub using sea salts, removed with warm floral water sponge bath, soothing rich herbal cream conditioning mask, cocooned in thermal blankets. Face and scalp are massaged with essential oil preparations during wrap. Exfoliation, hydration and detoxification.
Hot Towel Therapy: Add the relaxing therapy of moist heat to any massage.
Sinus Compress: Breathe free synergy is applied to sinus points. A warm compress for absorption opens and clears sinus passages.
Restorative Wrap (Hands and Feet): Moisturize and revive. A generous amount of Welstar’s Healing Hands Extreme Care is used to create a mask, then wrapped in warm towels your skin absorbs the hydration and vital oils. This is great for hard working hands and worn feet!
Steam Therapy: Increases Metabolic Activity, Circulation, including Lymphatics, Stimulates immune function and hydrates skin, deep relaxation and stress reduction, sooths tired muscles, (not for during pregnancy or for persons with heart problems). Ask about the various treatments.
